  1. I could see this type of game being sold on a subscription basis where over 1 year you would pay the 60 dollars ($5 a month), it would also give an incentive to the devs to keep adding to the game to increase player retention. If the whole game is an online service i don't disagree with it being sold as such. But as far as paying $60 outright for what essentially is a sandbox with rinse and repeat tasks, that doesn't make much sense. If i lose interest in 3 months because nothing changes then i don't think i would have got my moneys worth but for $15 i would be satisfied and could choose to come back later if improvements are made.

  2. The biggest issue Sea of Thieves, is the lack of content outside what we've already seen. I think they should see this game as an MMO, have events with npc quest lines to add more content etc. I mean if you give me a quest to hunt down Davey Jones, Blackbeard etc. Damn straight I would be excited. But from all we've seen, there are just skeletons. Not that exciting tbh.
